Blueberry Cheese Cake (No Bake)
Ingredient
For Crust: Crushed biscuits 100g, Unsalted butter (melted) 35g
For Filling: Blueberry 150g, Strawberry 50g, Lemon half (Juices), Sugar 35g, Cream Cheese 125g, yogurt half cup of it, wraping cream 200g, gelatin 12g

Ingredient For Crust: Crushed biscuits 100g, Unsalted butter (melted) 35g

used microwave to make butter melted.

Mix with 100g Crushed biscuits.

mix well until all look wet.

Firmly press mixture into bottom of a 6-inch springform pan coated. I make 2 cake at the same time.

Prepared to make Blueberry jam.

Combine all in bowl and heat it.

Remove all seed.

use low heat to heat it.

Keep stirring until blueberry until become more liquid.

Ingredient For Filling: Blueberry 150g, Strawberry 50g, Lemon half (Juices), Sugar 35g, Cream Cheese 125g, yogurt half cup of it, wraping cream 200g, gelatin 12g Cream cheese rest it to the room temperature for half an hour to make it soft.

Gelatin powder add hot water to stir it until there’s no more little particles.

Whip the cream cheese and sugar together until soft and creamy.

Put half cup of yogurt and mix it together.

Beat whipping cream until trails begin to form. Form whipping cream into cream cheese mixture. Add in melted gelatin and mix well~

Divide the mixture in 3 separate bowls. first bowl add about 2/3 berry sauce, second bowls add about 1/3 of berry sauce, Leave the last bowl as is.

Pour the darkest layer mixture into the pan over the crust, spread the mixture. Flatten it.Freeze about 15mins.

After 15mins take out from refrigerator put some strawberry before pour in second layer of mixture.

Pour the second layer mixture into the pan spread the mixture. Flatten it.Freeze another 15mins.

Pour the last layer mixture into the pan spread the mixture. Flatten it. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 6 hours or overnight until set.
Remove pan wrap a hot towel around the side for a while. take off the side of springform pan and decorate with blueberries.
